Cancellation & Refund Policy

​We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can manage our guides and transport effectively, the following rules apply:

 

​Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

 

​No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.

 

​Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your tour up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost, subject to availability.

 

​Special Tickets: Fees for non-refundable third-party tickets (e.g., Lucha Libre tickets) cannot be refunded once purchased, regardless of when you cancel.

 

​Note: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date
