Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following:

1. Punctuality & Traffic

Mexico City is famous for its unpredictable traffic.

Pick-up: We allow a 15-minute grace period for hotel pick-ups. If you are not present after 15 minutes, the tour may proceed without you to avoid delaying other guests, and no refund will be issued.

Return Times: Estimated return times are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, protests, or road closures.

2. Physical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the tour described (e.g., long walking tours in Centro Histórico). Please notify us in advance of any mobility issues or medical conditions.

3. Personal Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour who displays disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behavior toward the guide, other guests, or local heritage sites.

4. Liability

The agency acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers (transportation, restaurants, etc.). While we only work with vetted partners, the agency is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or theft during the tour. We strongly recommend all travelers carry travel insurance.

5. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify the tour route due to museum closures, local holidays, or safety conditions to ensure the best possible experience for our guests..
